What We Do
We offer individual counseling for adults and teens 13+, couples counseling, and family counseling.
We aim to provide compassionate and competent counseling for our patients by individualizing treatment that fits the need and person.
We use a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Exposure and Response-Prevention Therapy, Mindfulness, Grief Work, and Christian Counseling.
